Alternate Title: The Weapon. Another perfectly creepy scene from the abandoned “Kill for Crack” building’s basement. Go there alone and try to fight morbid inner monologues while photographing things like this. Last Thursday’s image is another view of the basement. A good soundtrack for these abandoned building images is “John Wayne Gacy, Jr.” by Sufjan Stevens (the most beautiful song you’ll never want to hear again).
I love the warm colors, but also I won’t imagine what a bad fellow could do with this tool. So I can comprehend your feelings.
Maybe you shouldn’t be listening to creepy serial killer clown songs while in an abandoned crack house…. :) But I love the image, so I’ll let that go for now.

Tulls, the first thing I thought when I saw this was ”Sword in the Stone”. I think it’s the Shaft of light on the wall to the left that is reminicent of the cartoon version. It’s a very powerful image-well done!
