To me, this looks like the kind of contraption that you would drop something into, it would come down the long drain pipe, and end up behind the door, where something would happen. Then, the transformed, finished product would magically pop out the upper vent pipe.

And of course, Happy Thanksgiving! And in that spirit, thanks to everyone who visits the site, leaves comments, and helps to motivate Tully and me to keep taking pictures and keep posting.
