real interesting treatment. looks like a lot of work went into that, with a cool result. makes the picture look really old, like old enough to be back in the day when trees and people peacefully coexisted. before the trees started attacking the people like in lord of the rings. trees are assholes.

I agree with Thom about the trees being assholes. Also about the really fantastic treatment - it almost looks like some sort of engraving or etching on metal. The composition is very Japanese print-y - and I love the size of the trees in comparison with the size of the humans.
