When very little else in the world makes sense, scenes like this always seem to. I went on a four hour solo hike yesterday, and I found this spot on the summit ridge of Whitley’s Peak. It might be one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever found, and for once, I feel like my final image portrays exactly what I want it to.
A really great photo, makes me wanna be there :)
Very peaceful. I have a new desktop background to keep me sane while at work.

this is an amazing picture. it evokes a lot of emotion for me. i love how it seems inviting to walk right over the edge, but then there is this one tree there that looks pretty inviting to sit under.
