This is a scene outside my parent’s house in Colorado. The fog was settling in the valley below the mesa while the Wilson range was draped in clouds.
Song of the Day: Midlake - Branches
This song strikes me as a great driving song. It’s beautiful and mesmerizing, but it also induces some good thinking and reminiscing. So maybe it’s just a better thinking song. Either way, it’s something the Woodstock generation (even my dad) could like. Fleetwood Mac with seriously layered vocals.
