A Tunnel From My Window to Yours

This is the inside of a greenhouse at the Walker Museum of Modern Art. This is one of those images that I liked right out of the camera with minimal post-processing… gotta love that feeling.
Well named. It looks just like a tunnel of shrubbery. I love the way the sun passes across the brick walkway.
What a lovely calming shot. The afternoon shadows add to the effect too.
in Rome, piranesi makes a eye hole in a door from his only built piazza, down a line of shrubs (set very much like this) framing san pietro. I am a big fan of that image as not only the use of nature as a frame but also as a frame to architecture, he comes in a close second though.
Ahhhh, what a wonderful shot. The bright sunlight just peps me up against all the green color. And I love this geometric pathway.
I really like the stong greens with that touch of red as well as the depth of this photo.
