A Predicate Warning to the Sun:
This Night Advances On

This is a shot from the backside of Catalina at Shark Harbor. I love how photogenic intertidal areas are, and I couldn’t resist snapping off a few dozen shots when my friends Rachel, Caitlin, Nora, and Jamie stopped to enjoy the sunset over the ocean. It came with a price, however, as I proceeded to drop my lens cap and part of my headphones into the ocean whilst climbing the rock to get this angle.

The scale in this shot is very cool. It’s hard to tell whether the rocks are huge, or the people are tiny. Great light as well.

Really top shot - I love how small the 4 people look - Really depicts how high up you are and high large the rocks are..
