The Rainy Season

This time of the year is the Catalina rainy season. We get some amazing cloud patterns at all hours of the day, and this is one of them. Unfortunately, I’ve missed yet another period off work to get out and take pictures, so I won’t have anything new before next weekend.

i really like the tones here. good sense of space.

Interesting, and reminds me of a later picture of the same stretch of ocean, with molten smoke thundering around a little boat.
